Ready to re-imagine what it means to sit at the intersection of technology, data, and business strategy? At IBM, Offering Managers are responsible for the full lifecycle of a product — from validating market need and defining solution requirements to determining the business model and driving execution at scale. In this role, you will go far beyond traditional product management boundaries, applying deep technical expertise in data science, cloud analytics, and automation to solve complex, high-stakes problems for some of the world's most influential enterprises and governments.

As an Offering Manager on IBM's Cloud Portfolio team, you won't just manage timelines and budgets — you will act as the CEO of your offering, owning the strategy, the data infrastructure behind it, and the cross-functional relationships that bring it to market. You will use sharp technical instincts and analytical rigor to uncover what clients truly need, translate that into scalable cloud-native solutions, and drive measurable impact across IBM's portfolio performance, pricing, and revenue operations.

If leading cutting-edge data science and automation initiatives, shaping the direction of IBM's Cloud portfolio, and accelerating your technical career within a global technology leader excites you — this is your role.

Your role and responsibilities
  • Collaborate across IBM Cloud product management, finance, and sales operations to identify opportunities and drive portfolio value
  • Support senior product managers in the day-to-day and strategic management of cloud portfolio products
  • Define and execute product strategy grounded in quantitative market, competitive, and financial analysis
  • Build and maintain cross-platform analytical models and automated reporting capabilities
  • Develop and contribute to a comprehensive product roadmap aligned to both technical architecture and commercial priorities
  • Support sales and marketing initiatives through data-driven insights that accelerate revenue growth
  • Track and communicate product performance metrics to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership
