Qualifications

• 1–2 years of plumbing and wet-side mechanical estimating experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Experience performing digital plan takeoffs.
• Basic understanding of plumbing and/or wet-side mechanical systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; familiar with estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings, specs, addenda, and bid documents.
• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for plumbing and wet-side systems.
• Develop material, equipment, and labor estimates.
• Assist in preparing complete project estimates, bids, and proposals.
• Identify project scope, exclusions, and discrepancies.
• Collaborate with estimators and team members throughout the process.
• Maintain organized project files and estimating documentation.
