Service Champions Heating & Air Conditioning is hiring Entry Level Plumbers in Livermore to perform basic plumbing tasks, water heater flushes, and inspections. You will receive paid training and have access to a company vehicle and tools.

This full-time role offers uncapped earning potential through commissions, benefits packages, and ongoing education through Champions University. Prior trades experience is welcome but not required; attitude and effort determine growth.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Fluent in English and able to read and write effectively.
• Valid driver’s license with 5+ years of driving experience and clean record.
• Experience with Service Titan software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct basic plumbing inspections and water heater flushing.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on home plumbing systems.
• Assist with water filtration, sewer laterals, and re-pipe jobs as needed.
• Follow safety standards and company procedures in all tasks.
• Document work orders and communicate findings to the team.
