Kaminski Construction LLC in Eugene, Oregon, is seeking an Entry Level Plasterer (Hod Carrier). No prior plastering experience is required as training will be provided to develop skills in plaster and stucco applications.

This position supports lead plasterers, assists with mixing mud, lifting materials, and preparing work areas. The role offers advancement opportunities, competitive hourly pay, and a chance to grow with a family-owned general contractor.

Qualifications

• No prior plasterer/mason experience required.
• Must be able to follow directions.
• Must have hustle and drive.
• Must lift 80 lbs.
• Ability to work with supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead plasterers with repairs and renovations.
• Mix mud to correct consistency and lift materials (50-80 lb).
• Run a Hog drill and prepare materials for the team.
• Help plasters get the proper materials and tools as needed.
• As you advance, learn plaster and stucco applications through training.
