Job summary

Plains Midstream Canada (PMC) is seeking a Pipeliner I to perform inspections, maintenance and repairs on pipeline assets under supervision, with frequent field work in open environments near heat, cold and chemicals. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read and interpret pipeline maps, drawings and schematics.
• Valid US driver's license with a clean abstract.
• Knowledge of PHMSA and OSHA regulations.
• Safety training including Haz-Mat and DOT qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance, upkeep and cleaning of stations and facilities.
• Assists in routine equipment maintenance and supports technicians.
• Reads maps and technical drawings and assists with repairs.
• Participates in safety monitoring and emergency response when needed.
• Locates pipelines and performs one-call duties to prevent damage.
