Team Rehabilitation Physical Therapy in Newnan, GA is hiring an entry-level Physical Therapy Aide to support therapists and patients in a fast-paced outpatient clinic. You’ll welcome patients, help with non-clinical tasks, and prepare therapy spaces.

No prior experience required; on-the-job training with licensed therapists. You’ll guide patients through light exercises, assist with equipment, and help maintain a clean, organized treatment area while communicating effectively with the team.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Interest in physical therapy or healthcare is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and prepare patients for therapy sessions.
• Assist therapists with non-clinical tasks and patient support.
• Guide patients through light exercises and strengthening techniques.
• Educate patients on safe and correct use of equipment.
• Apply therapeutic modalities (heat/ice packs, electrical stimulation) as directed.
• Help patients walk safely between areas of the clinic.
• Keep treatment areas clean, organized, and sanitized.
• Communicate with patients, therapists, and other staff to ensure smooth care.
• Observe and report any patient progress or concerns to the Physical Therapist.
