About The Role

Every day, the donors you meet will motivate you. The high-quality plasma you collect will become life-changing medicines. Here, a commitment to customer service and quality is expected. You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and will perform as a plasma donor screener and perform phlebotomy to support plasma center operations.

How You Will Contribute
  • Answer phones, greet donors, and ensure their safety and that of our team.
  • Screen donors, record vital signs, and finger stick results.
  • Use our Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, and maintain accurate records.
  • Identify operational opportunities and suggest process improvements.
  • Work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, to support donors.
What You Bring To Takeda
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to stand and walk for entire shift.
  • Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical ability to lean, bend, crouch, and reach.
  • Ability to lift up to 5 lbs., with occasional lifting up to 32 lbs. or rarely 50 lbs.
  • Fine motor skills, good depth perception, and hearing ability.
  • Prolonged glove wear due to exposure to bloodborne pathogens.
  • Experience in customer or patient-facing roles is helpful.
