Responsabilités

• Perform pre-registration/registration processes and verify coverage and authorizations.
• Document information into patient records accurately for reimbursement.
• Coordinate with billing, payor, and care teams to resolve issues and optimize service.
• Meet productivity standards and maintain logs and records.
• Perform specimen collection and preparation with correct patient and specimen identification.
• Maintain quality and proper documentation per site protocol.
• Support laboratory operations and perform requested testing as assigned.
