Job summary

Amneal is seeking an entry level Mixing operator to operate Mixing and Granulation equipment in accordance with Company SOPs and 100% cGMP compliance to ensure quality products.

You will verify room release status, learn to operate Mills, Co-Mills, Vibro Sifter, and Drying Ovens; perform A/B cleaning; verify weights and calibration; record batch data; and maintain a clean, organized production area. OSHA respirator fit test required.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and communicate in English.
• High school level math and mechanical skills.
• Willing to work extended hours when required.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Verify the room release status before starting Mixing and Granulation.
• Learn and operate Mills, Co-Mills, Vibro Sifter, and Loading/Unloading Drying Ovens.
• Perform A and B cleaning of V blenders and PIAB; follow SOP.
• Operate or tend machines to mix, blend or granulate materials; monitor equipment for safe operation.
• Verify weighing scales and calibration; compare ingredients weighed to PBR entries.
• Record entries of each step and maintain production batch records; keep area clean.
• Be familiar with staging area for Mixing and Granulation for dispensed batches.
