Clark's Termite & Pest Control is hiring a Pest Control Technician to serve communities across Aberdeen, Fayetteville, Spring Lake, Dunn, Clinton, and surrounding areas. No prior experience is required as full training is provided; you will inspect properties, execute treatment plans, and educate customers on best practices.

The role emphasizes honesty, empathy, and strong customer relationships within a safety-focused team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma OR GED.
• Must meet vehicle and insurance eligibility, including 3+ years of licensed driving experience.
• Experience in pest control, skilled trades, maintenance, field service, construction, or other hands-on customer service roles preferred.
• Experience using computers and smartphones.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to obtain pest control certifications/licenses if not held.

Responsibilities

• Inspect homes and businesses to identify pest concerns.
• Execute specialized pest management treatment plans.
• Recommend preventative solutions to help customers avoid future issues.
• Travel to customer appointments within service area.
