Clark's Termite & Pest Control, an Anticimex company, is hiring Pest Control Technicians (entry level). No experience required; we provide full training and you’ll help customers in your community by identifying pest concerns and delivering effective treatment plans.

You'll inspect sites, travel to appointments within your service area, educate customers, and deliver outstanding service while building lasting relationships. A high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must meet vehicle and insurance eligibility, including licensed driving experience.
• Experience in pest control, skilled trades, maintenance, field service or hands‑on customer service preferred.
• Experience using computers and smartphones.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to obtain pest control certifications and licenses.

What You'll Do:

As a Pest Control Technician, you'll spend your day helping people in your community by solving pest issues and building long-term customer relationships through honesty, empathy, and outstanding service.

You will:

In this role, you'll directly contribute to our mission of creating healthier, safer environments for the communities we serve.

Physical Requirements:

You must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time comfortably, work in extreme temperatures (hot and cold), safely operate equipment, and go into large and small crawlspaces.

What You Need:

• High school diploma OR GED
• Must meet company vehicle and insurance eligibility requirements, including a minimum of 3 years of licensed driving experience.
• Experience in pest control, skilled trades, maintenance, field service, construction, or other hands‑on customer service roles is preferred.
• Experienced using computers and smartphones.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to obtain necessary pest control certifications and licenses (if not already held).
