Job summary

Clark's Termite & Pest Control, an Anticimex company, is hiring Pest Control Technicians to serve multiple North Carolina communities. No prior experience is necessary as we provide full training and ongoing professional development.

As a Pest Control Technician, you will inspect properties, implement treatment plans, and advise customers on preventive steps while building lasting relationships through trust and excellent service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must meet vehicle and insurance eligibility requirements, including a minimum of 3 years of licensed driving experience.
• Experience in pest control or hands-on customer service roles is preferred.
• Experience using computers and smartphones.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to obtain pest control certifications and licenses (if not already held).

What You'll Do:

As a Pest Control Technician, you'll spend your day helping people in your community by solving pest issues and building long-term customer relationships through honesty, empathy, and outstanding service.

You will:

In this role, you'll directly contribute to our mission of creating healthier, safer environments for the communities we serve.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Safely carry, position, and climb ladders while performing service duties.
• Bend, stoop, kneel, squat, twist, reach overhead, and maintain mobility throughout the workday.
• Work in confined spaces, including crawl spaces, attics, and other restricted-access areas.
• Stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods of time.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and humidity.
• Frequently lift and handle equipment and materials above shoulder level.
• Operate a company vehicle and drive an established service route for extended periods.
• Safely use hand tools, application equipment, and other job-related devices.
• Maintain visual acuity necessary to inspect, identify, and treat pest-related issues.
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including respirators and other safety gear as needed.
• Complete required medical evaluations, including respirator clearance evaluations when applicable.
• Comply with all company safety requirements and perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.

What You Need:

• High school diploma OR GED
