BCG Attorney Search is seeking an entry-level Personal Injury Litigation Attorney in Tampa, FL. This role offers hands-on mentorship to develop into a skilled litigator for plaintiffs with direct client contact and exposure to depositions and hearings.

You will draft and respond to pleadings, perform legal research, and assist with trial preparation while working closely with experienced attorneys and experts.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to The Florida Bar or eligibility for imminent admission.
• 0-1 year of attorney experience.
• Genuine interest in plaintiff-side personal injury and civil litigation.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Coachable and receptive to feedback.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to develop as a litigator.

Responsibilities

• Draft complaints, motions, pleadings, notices, and legal memoranda.
• Prepare and respond to interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admissions.
• Conduct legal research and case analysis.
• Review medical records, evidence, discovery, and litigation materials.
• Communicate directly with clients.
• Prepare clients and witnesses for depositions.
• Attend depositions, mediations, and hearings.
• Work with experts, medical providers, witnesses, and opposing counsel.
• Assist with litigation strategy and case evaluation.
• Participate in settlement negotiations.
• Prepare cases for trial and manage litigation matters.
