Citi is seeking an entry-level Personal Banker in New York, NY to assist in sales and service activities with the customer service team. You will help foster customer relationships, grow sales to individual clients, and support the branch sales function.

Responsibilities include handling small business referrals, coaching staff, and ensuring policy compliance while delivering a high-quality client experience.

Qualifikationen

• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Previous banking, retail, or sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Smart Banking tools and technologies.
• NMLS registration; Safe Act compliant

Aufgaben

• Work with business credit requests < $250K and refer larger opportunities.
• Build referral opportunities via COIs and MGM program.
• Assist growth strategies for small business client base and sales plans.
• Deliver client services and outbound/inbound calls to acquire and deepen relationships through cross-sell.
• Coach tellers and branch staff on products and programs and provide referrals.
• Educate clients on service channels and present product offers and financial solutions.
• Assess risk and ensure compliance with Citigroup policies and regulations.
