Job summary

Citi’s Personal Banker SAFE Act at Huntington Village Branch is an entry level role designed to assist in sales, product and service activities in coordination with the customer service team to foster customer loyalty and grow sales to consumer clients.

You will handle small business referral opportunities, guide clients through digital channels, and provide coaching to branch staff while ensuring compliance with Citi policies and risk controls.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• NMLS registration and SAFE Act compliance.
• Knowledge of Smart Banking tools and technologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Work with business credit requests under $250K and refer larger opportunities.
• Cross-sell treasury and related small business products.
• Build referral business through COIs and MGM programs.
• Deliver client services via outbound/inbound calls to grow relationships.
• Coach branch staff on products and programs and make referrals.
• Educate clients on service channels and present financial solutions.
• Understand and comply with Citibank policies and procedures.
• Assess risk and escalate control issues with transparency.
