Job Description

Job Title: Entry Level Personal Assistant *ASAP*

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Serve as a point of contact between executives, clients, and internal teams.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports.
  • Assist with personal errands, including coordinating deliveries, reservations, and other tasks.
  • Organize and prioritize incoming communications and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Plan and coordinate events, meetings, and special projects.

Qualifications:
