Job summary

Strada Global seeks an entry-level Payroll Associate fluent in Danish and English to join our global payroll delivery team. You’ll receive training and be part of a growing, people-powered company delivering world-class payroll solutions to clients across Europe.

You’ll support operational teams, assist with implementations and go-lives, maintain process documentation, and help drive continuous improvement while safeguarding data confidentiality in a B2B environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Danish and English with excellent written and spoken communication.
• Customer-facing experience in a B2B environment is preferred.
• Interest in European/global payroll and willingness to grow in the field.

Responsibilities

• Support Managers with client management, ensuring information is accurate and on time.
• Assist with implementations and go-lives; provide daily functional support to payroll teams.
• Maintain the Client Solution workbook and update DWIs and process documentation.
• Escalate and resolve technical/functional issues; log tickets with evidence for teams.

We are seeking candidates who have excellent communication skills in both English and Danish (Spanish not required) and an appetite to develop their career in payroll delivery.The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the operational teams to ensure they are skilled and knowledgeable in meeting our client(s) deadlines, whilst also working with Management to provide the best service to our clients by delivering their functional and technical expertise to support a selection of clients in Denmark.Main Responsibilities:Support Managers with client management, ensuring all information is accurate and provided on time .Provide support and guidance for all implementations and go-lives.Provide daily functional support to the teams, to support the successful delivery of payrolls.Responsible for the maintenance of the Client Solution workbook.Responsible for the updating, maintaining and enforcing of the Defined Work Instructions (DWIs) and other process documentation.Ensure and Sign Off System Maintenance Testing.Support the review of the Statement of Works before its shared with the Client to ensure it's fit for purpose.Responsible for the resolution of Technical/Functional issues escalated from the team.
