Calibre CPA Group is seeking an entry-level Compliance Staff to analyze and review payroll, tax, and personnel records to determine employer compliance with collective bargaining agreements. You will prepare and submit audit findings to fund administrators for various employee benefit plans, with up to 50% travel to client sites.

The ideal candidate has strong Excel skills, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent written and oral communication.

• Experience analyzing payroll, tax, and personnel records to assess compliance.
• Strong Excel skills with data accuracy and integrity.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and work on-site with clients.

Responsabilités

• Perform compliance audits on payroll, tax, and personnel records.
• Compute audit results and prepare audit reports.
• Research payroll records, reports, and contracts.
• Travel to employer facilities to conduct on-site inspection of records.
• Schedule and coordinate audit appointments with employers.
• Transfer payroll data onto worksheets.
• Retrieve accurate information from various in-house departments.
• Research and schedule travel accommodations.
• Communicate with employers effectively to obtain required information and review audit results.
