Strada is seeking an entry-level Payroll Associate to join our global payroll delivery team. This Swedish-speaking role provides training and development to launch a career in payroll and HR technology.

You will support operational teams, ensuring accuracy and timely deadlines, while collaborating with management to deliver high-quality client service in Sweden. The role emphasizes effective communication in English and Swedish, with opportunities to grow within a leading global payroll and HR

Summary:

Here lies an opportunity for motivated candidates fluent in Swedish to join a global leader in payroll delivery services and HR technology. You will be given the training, development and skills to launch your career in this space. We are seeking candidates who have excellent communication skills in both English and Swedish (Spanish not required) and an appetite to develop their career in payroll delivery.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the operational teams to ensure they are skilled and knowledgeable in meeting our client(s) deadlines, whilst also working with Management to provide the best service to our clients by delivering their functional and technical expertise tosupport aselection of clients in Sweden.

Main Responsibilities:

• Support Managers with client management,ensuring all information isaccurateand provided on time.




• Provide support and guidance for all implementations and go-lives.




• Provide daily functional support to the teams, to support the successful delivery of payrolls.




• Responsible for the maintenance of the Client Solution workbook.




• Responsible for the updating,maintainingand enforcing of the Defined Work Instructions (DWIs) and other process documentation.




• Ensure and Sign Off System Maintenance Testing.




• Support the review of the Statement of Works before its shared with the Client to ensure it’s fit for purpose.




• Responsible for the resolution of Technical/Functional issues escalated from the team. Ensuring all system issues/defects are reported correctly and tickets are logged with the necessary detail andevidenceso that Application Services and/or Products can investigate.




• Working with Operational Management, Transformation and Products to implement automation,innovationand any continuous improvementprogrammes.




• Responsible for the management of the legislation roadmap and ensuring the team are upskilled in upcoming changes and processes are updated where needed.




• Ability to recognize and deal appropriately with sensitive and confidential information.




• Support Management with the resolution of client escalations, along with lessons learned.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Fluency in Swedish and English.


• Appetite to grow their career in the European / Global payroll sector.


• Customer-facing experience in a B2B environment preferred.
