Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care for assigned patients under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Vital signs monitoring pre- and post-treatment; observe and report changes to the nurse.
• Assists with activities of daily living (ADLs), including hygiene, mobility, nutrition, and comfort.
• Documents information timely and accurately; reports any unusual findings to the nurse.
• Maintains a safe and clean working environment and adheres to safety policies.
• Participates in unit-based teams and supports department goals within budget and productivity guidelines.
