Job summary

ManpowerGroup is assisting an industry-leading manufacturer seeking an entry level Packers to join the production support team in New Castle, PA. You'll help with packing finished goods, labeling, and basic quality checks to ensure order accuracy and timely shipments.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, physical stamina, and teamwork. Training is provided and there are growth opportunities within the organization. Shift: Monday through Thursday, 5 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Basic math skills to read measurements.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely stack, pack, and wrap finished products according to order specifications.
• Inspect finished goods for defects and remove damaged items from the packing line.
• Weigh items, apply shipping labels, and record order details for the warehouse.
• Assist machine operators by clearing jams, keeping supply lines filled, and maintaining packing equipment.
