Job summary

Altium Packaging is seeking an entry-level Production Packaging Associate in Monroe Township, NJ. The role involves packaging materials and finished products, loading and moving materials, and operating packaging equipment. You will follow Good Manufacturing Practices and wear appropriate PPE.

Qualifications

• Basic math and counting skills required.
• Basic computer experience required; ability to use standard software.
• Formal training completed within 90 days of hire is expected.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper packaging of materials and finished products.
• Load, move materials and operate packaging equipment.
• Follow GMP and safety policies; use PPE and maintain clean work areas.
• Monitor lines, identify bottle jams and defects, and escalate issues promptly.
• Move finished goods to designated areas and restock as needed.
