Job summary

The Production Packaging Associate at Altium Packaging is an entry level role responsible for proper packaging of materials and finished products. You will load, move material, and operate packaging equipment while following Good Manufacturing Practices.

Qualified applicants will have basic math, computer and English communication skills, with a High School diploma or GED preferred. The position offers a first shift, Monday–Friday, with overtime as needed and a starting wage of $18.50 per hour

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills are required.
• Basic computer experience.
• Basic English communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates safe work practices by wearing correct PPE and following safety policies.
• Monitors conveyor belts and clear bottle jams from lines.
• Inspects the quality of bottles during production, packaging, and labeling.
• Moves finished goods to designated area.
• Maintains inventory levels and restocks supplies as needed to facilitate smooth transitions between shifts.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
