Job summary

MSI is seeking an overhead crane operator in our warehouse to pull slab orders accurately and safely using overhead cranes. The role runs Monday to Friday with select Saturday hours, and offers hourly pay with overtime.

This entry-level opportunity includes potential bonuses and room to grow within a large flooring products company. You will move slabs, load vehicles, secure cargo, and maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment while collaborating with a team.

Qualifications

• High School Education or equivalent required.
• Two or more years of warehouse experience.
• Forklift and overhead crane experience preferred.
• Ability to use smartphones/tablets.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Pull slabs from the warehouse from the slab orders provided
• Move slabs to loading areas by using overhead cranes
• Load slabs on customer’s vehicle/truck
• Ensure that product is well secured on vehicle/truck and takes all necessary safety measures
• Unload slabs from containers using forklifts
• Arrange slabs properly by forklift/crane in Slab Warehouse
• Responsible for maintaining the slab warehouse clean and safe for staff and customers
• Performs additional duties as required and or requested.
