MSI in Indianapolis, IN is seeking an entry-level Overhead Crane Operator to pull slab orders, move slabs with overhead cranes, load materials onto customer vehicles, and secure loads for transport.

This full-time, safety-focused role offers $20.75–$22.75 per hour with overtime. Candidates need a high school diploma and warehouse experience; forklift and crane experience preferred and the ability to work as part of a team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in a warehouse environment.
• Forklift and overhead crane experience preferred.
• Ability to use smartphones/tablets.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Pull slabs from the warehouse as per slab orders.
• Move slabs to loading areas using overhead cranes.
• Load slabs on customer vehicles/trucks and secure them safely.
• Unload slabs from containers using forklifts.
• Arrange slabs with forklift/crane in the Slab Warehouse.
• Maintain a clean, safe slab warehouse; follow safety protocols.
• Perform additional duties as required.
