Job summary

A leading automotive solutions provider is seeking motivated Entry Level Outside Sales Trainees to join their sales training program. This program involves 80-100% travel during training, with a focus on building customer relationships and achieving sales quotas. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and a willingness to relocate after training. A comprehensive benefits package is provided, including medical insurance and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years.

Responsibilities

• Complete a 12-month sales training program consisting of classroom and field training.
• Work with assigned Sales Mentor and travel for customer service and installation.
• Achieve designated monthly and annual quotas after relocation.

Ability to travel (overnight) 80-100% during training
