W.B. Mason is seeking a full-time Market Development Specialist in New Jersey to drive growth in our outside sales team. You will cover an assigned territory, meet local businesses, and showcase the full range of workplace products and services.

You will demo products, present pricing, and help new customers get set up with MasonvilleGO while collaborating with inside sales to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Your day will be full of energy, connection, and opportunity. You'll start by hitting the road-on foot or by car-exploring your assigned territory and introducing local businesses to everything W.B. Mason has to offer. With flyers in hand and a consultative mindset, you'll meet with potential clients, uncover their needs, and show them how our full range of workplace products and services can make their lives easier. You'll demo products, share web tools, offer custom pricing, and help new customers get set up through MasonvilleGO. Along the way, you'll work closely with inside sales and our onboarding teams to ensure every new account is smoothly transitioned and well taken care of. With regular branch sales meetings to keep you connected and supported, you'll have the tools and team behind you to grow your market-and your outside sales career.
