W.B. Mason in Cronomer Valley, NY is seeking a full-time Market Development Specialist to drive outside sales in a defined territory. You will meet local businesses, demo products, and build a growing client base through consultative selling.

You’ll work with inside sales and onboarding to smoothly transition new accounts, participate in branch meetings, and grow the market with MasonvilleGO. Strong communication, self-motivation, and English fluency are essential in this energetic culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail sales, etc.
• Outstanding communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Ability to converse, read, and write in English
• Physical ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs

Responsibilities

• Hit the road in your assigned territory and meet local businesses to introduce W.B. Mason's range of workplace products and services.
• Demo products, share web tools, offer custom pricing, and help new customers get set up through MasonvilleGO.
• Collaborate with inside sales and onboarding teams to ensure smooth transitions of new accounts.
• Attend regular branch sales meetings to stay connected and supported and grow your market and outside sales career.

With regular branch sales meetings to keep you connected and supported, you'll have the tools and team behind you to grow your market-and your outside sales career.
