Job summary

Johnson & Johnson's MedTech division in West Chester, PA is seeking an Associate Clinical Designer to draft, design, develop and document patient-specific implants, surgical plans, and instruments. You will work with clinical coordinators, surgeons and manufacturing teams to deliver on-time designs while following regulatory and quality requirements.

Entry-level role with CAD design experience preferred; an Associate degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is desired.

Qualifications

• Entry level position.
• Experience in the CAD design of mechanical products is preferred.
• Associates degree in Mechanical Engineering or Engineering Drafting and Design (or equivalent professional experience) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with Marketing, Product Development Engineers, surgeons, manufacturing and other team members to develop product requirements and concepts.
• Interact directly with medical professionals to understand and develop customized surgical plans and product designs.
• Exhibit capability in at least 1 TruMatch customized product line.
• Provide feedback and input on next-generation customized product line programs and processes.
• Performs other duties assigned as needed.
