Job summary

Eyetastic Services seeks a full-time Ophthalmic Technician/Scribe to join a patient-focused practice in Havertown and Media, PA. No ophthalmology experience is required; you will learn on the job while assisting doctors during visits.

You will document patient histories, perform preliminary eye tests, and support patient care. Shifts run 8am–5pm Mon–Fri with one evening 12pm–8pm per week; benefits include health, vision, dental, PTO, and retirement after one year.

Qualifications

• No ophthalmology experience required.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a long-term role.
• Full-time schedule, 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Work side-by-side with the doctors, acting as their clinical assistant and scribe during patient visits.
• Gather and document patient histories, perform preliminary eye tests, and support patient care.
• Learn new skills and clinical techniques on the job.
• Float between the Havertown and Media offices as needed.
• Work 8am–5pm Monday–Friday, with one evening shift (12–8pm) per week.
