Job summary

Real Alloy in Sapulpa, OK is hiring an entry-level Operations Team Member. You will help run our aluminum processing plant, operating forklifts and loading equipment with a safety-first mindset.

The role follows a 24/7 schedule with 4 days on, 4 days off, and offers overtime opportunities and comprehensive benefits starting soon after onboarding. No prior experience required beyond a strong work ethic; a background check and drug screen are required as part of the pre-employment process.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred (not required).
• Able to operate mobile equipment including forklifts and loaders is helpful.
• Physically capable of walking, lifting, shoveling, sweeping, and general cleaning of plant equipment and surroundings.
• Must be able to function with minimal supervision.
• Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Operate power equipment such as forklifts and front-end loaders.
• Work in a 24/7 plant with rotating shifts (7am–7pm and 7pm–7am).
• Production crews run 4 days on, 4 days off.
• Starting pay is $22 per hour with potential overtime; benefits start after the starting date; 80 hours of vacation and 9 holidays per year.

We are looking for Operations Team Members that put safety first, who are willing to operate power equipment such as forklifts and front end loaders, and who are detailed oriented. No prior experience required, just a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

We run our plant 24/7 365 days per year and we have two shifts that rotate every 4 weeks - 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am. Our Production crews run 4 days in row and then they have 4 days off

We start our Operations Team Members off at $22 per hour where we also have the opporunity for overtime, we pay weekly, and provide great benefits that start the first of the month after your starting date. Real Alloy provides 80 hours of vacation time each year along with 9 paid holidays to make sure you have a solid work life balance.

Qualifications

• Ability to regularly perform different types of physical activities such as walking, lifting, shoveling, skimming, sweeping, general cleaning both of plant equipment and property
• Must be able to function with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
