Job summary

NorthCrest Capital, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals for an entry-level Marketing & Promotions Representative. This full-time, onsite role focuses on marketing, customer engagement, brand awareness, and client representation in a collaborative team environment.

You will represent clients through in-person interactions, educate customers about products and services, and support campaigns designed to increase awareness. Paid training and mentorship are provided to jumpstart your career.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable engaging with customers in person.
• Positive attitude, professional mindset, and willingness to learn.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Previous experience in marketing, customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Represent client brands through face-to-face interactions.
• Support marketing and promotional campaigns at retail locations and events.
• Engage with customers and provide accurate information about products and services.
• Help increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
