Job summary

Holder Construction is seeking an Entry-Level Office Engineer to join our Operations team on the Shippingport project in PA. This full-time, in-person role supports on-site coordination and project delivery.

Key duties include trade coordination, managing design resources, cost estimates, quantity surveys, and BIM exposure.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s in construction/engineering, excellent communication and time management, and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• On-site trade coordination and management, including material design, fabrication, delivery, and installation, plus cost/design issue management.
• Read and understand Construction Design Documents and Specifications.
• Perform construction cost estimates and quantity surveys for various scopes of work.
• Oversee trade management and coordination with some exposure to BIM.
