Qualifications

  • Experience: 1-2 years customer service or clerical work.
  • Knowledge: Basic Microsoft Office, strong communication and data entry, high attention to detail.
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in financial services; system querying skills; proficiency in Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Read and validate large quantities of affidavits.
  • Notarize affidavits.
  • Pull media and work on projects or training.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Applicants must have current authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis.The Legal Specialist is responsible for assisting internal and external clients in managing daily operations. This includes validating and notarizing affidavits, reading and understanding consumer documentation while ensuring a high level of quality and accuracy.
