Job summary

TWB Company is seeking a Machine Operator for our night shift in Antioch, TN. This entry-level, full-time role involves operating production machinery to process steel components for automotive manufacturing, with on-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities include setup, inspections, documentation, and material handling. No prior experience required; candidates must be able to lift up to 70 pounds and stand for extended periods. OSHA safety procedures apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to read work instructions and safety guidelines.
• Basic math, reading and writing skills required.
• Familiarity with measurement tools helpful (calipers, micrometers, tape measures).
• Reading blueprints or production schematics advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
• Follow written work orders, blueprints, and process specifications.
• Set up and adjust machines for production runs.
• Perform first-piece and in-process inspections.
• Identify and report quality issues or material defects.
• Accurately complete required documentation and labels.
• Move, tag, and stage materials and finished goods.
• Assist with routine maintenance and housekeeping.
• Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.
• Ability to read and comprehend work instructions and safety guidelines.
