Marlin Steel Wire Products is seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join our Production team. This role is essential to maintain high-quality manufacturing while upholding safety and efficiency standards.

No prior experience is required; we provide on-the-job training to help you develop the necessary skills. You will set up and operate machines, read blueprints, monitor performance, perform basic maintenance, and participate in quality checks.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and measurements.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality standards.
• Basic troubleshooting and equipment maintenance knowledge.
• Physical ability to lift 25–50 pounds; stand long periods.
• Commitment to safety and PPE.

• Set up and operate machines, ensuring material feed and preventing jams.
