Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; two years of laboratory experience.
• Bachelor's in Biology, Neuroscience or related field.
• Experience in neuroscience research and related fields.
• Experience in immunohistochemistry, microscopy, behavioral analysis in mice.
• Tissue collection and processing from mice.
• Electrophysiology technique and stereotaxic surgery.
• Knowledge of lab equipment and computer equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting experiments and technical procedures.
• Perform laboratory research activities and record observations.
• Review literature and modify procedures as needed.
• Assist with planning and may supervise technical operations.
• Assist in controlled environment or analysis experiments.
• Make chemical and physical analyses following standard procedures.
