Key Responsibilities

If you are a hard worker with a desire to be a valuable asset, consider joining NetSteady as a Network Technician. Candidates with good technical ability, mechanical aptitude, and willingness to work in various conditions (rain, snow, sun, attics, crawlspaces, etc.) can succeed after completing our paid training program.

This role may require long workdays, possibly including evenings and weekends. You will be responsible for installing services based on customer orders.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

• Experience in customer service or helpdesk preferred
• IT-focused certifications preferred
• High School Diploma required, some college preferred
• Critical and creative thinking skills
• Ability to work at heights
• Ability to lift 25 lbs
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background check and drug test
