Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Strong foundation in networking technologies and protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, DNS, DHCP).
• Familiarity with automation tools (Ansible, Terraform) and/or Python scripting.
• Basic knowledge of cybersecurity practices and network troubleshooting.
• Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic technical environment.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain enterprise network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers).
• Monitor and analyze network traffic and performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities.
• Support configuration management and change control processes.
• Contribute to network automation initiatives using industry-standard tools.
• Maintain accurate documentation and network topology diagrams.
• Respond to and resolve network-related incidents and service requests.
• Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and collaborative problem-solving with the team.
• Support the deployment and monitoring of network services in production environments.
