Job summary

MillenniumSoft Inc is seeking an Entry Level MRO Material Handler on a 12-month contract in El Paso, TX. The role involves receiving, storing, and distributing MRO items, maintaining logs, and ensuring safety and quality compliance. 1st shift, 40 hours/week, pay range $16-20/hr, US Citizens or GC Holders only.

The position requires basic English, GMP familiarity, and ability to operate basic manufacturing equipment. This contract role focuses on safe handling and timely material fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and understand basic English.
• Experience in GMP-compliant chemical/pharma industry preferred.
• Ability to operate manufacturing equipment and basic hand tools.
• Strong team communication and collaboration skills.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Receive all MRO materials and verify against packing list and PO.
• Transport materials using material handling equipment.
• Notify area supervisor of discrepancies.
• Deliver MRO material daily to requester.
• Maintain logs with receiver signatures.
• Keep MRO cages clean and organized.
• Distribute MRO to production and office supplies as needed.
• Follow GMP procedures and safety guidelines.
• Comply with FDA, ISO, OSHA and company policies.
