Qualifications

• No prior remediation experience required.
• Reliable, teachable, and willing to work hard.
• Able to perform physically demanding work.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable wearing full PPE.
• Comfortable working in basements, attics, crawlspaces, and contained work areas.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow directions and accept feedback.
• Flexible with changing jobsite schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assist with mold remediation and indoor environmental cleaning projects.
• Set up containment and protect customer homes.
• Perform physical labor, cleaning, trash out, HEPA vacuuming, and damp wiping.
• Help with controlled demolition when needed.
• Load, unload, clean, and organize tools, equipment, and vehicles.
• Wear required PPE, including respirators or full-face masks, coveralls, and gloves.
• Follow directions from lead technicians and management.
• Communicate respectfully with coworkers and customers.
• Report safety concerns, equipment issues, or jobsite problems.
