24 Hour Home Care is hiring an Associate Modern Workplace Engineer to support daily administration and optimization of our modern workplace. You will help manage Microsoft 365 services, Azure Active Directory, Intune, and endpoint lifecycle across the organization.

You will collaborate with IT to troubleshoot issues, maintain security and compliance, and standardize workplace technology with senior engineers. This role reports to the Sr. Manager, Modern Workplace Engineering.

Formación

• 0–2 years in IT support or modern workplace administration.
• Foundational knowledge of Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Intune.
• Experience with Azure Active Directory, user account administration, and security group management.
• Familiarity with endpoint management, device enrollment, policy deployment, and patching.
• Microsoft certifications such as MS-900, MD-102, or MS-102 preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Administer user accounts, security groups, distribution lists, and access permissions in Microsoft Entra ID and 365.
• Support Intune and Windows Autopilot operations: provisioning, configuration profiles, deployments, and patching.
• Assist with Exchange Online administration: mailbox management, shared mailboxes, and mail flow troubleshooting.
• Provide technical support across 365 services (Teams, SharePoint, Defender) and managed endpoints.
• Maintain documentation, runbooks, and collaborate on security compliance and platform standardization.
