Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.
- Forklift experience is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout an entire shift.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly.
- Dependable attendance and willingness to work overtime when needed.
- Team-oriented attitude with strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload metal parts from production lines.
- Pack finished products according to customer requirements.
- Review and follow shop orders.
- Perform visual inspections of finished parts.
- Stage completed work for the next step in production.
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment.
- Maintain a clean, safe work area.
- Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
- Assist with general production and department needs.
