Job summary

Impact Fab in Holland, Michigan is seeking an entry-level metal worker to join our hands-on fabrication team. You will work the 8:00 pm to 6:30 am shift with a long weekend, learning metalworking and welding in a small, family-owned shop.

You'll assist skilled tradespeople, organize parts, and perform basic fabrication while developing practical skills on real projects. We value dependability and a strong willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Interest in fabrication, welding and metalworking.
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail is required.
• Ability to multi-task in a busy environment.
• Dependability is essential.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside skilled metalworkers to assist with fabrication process.
• General shop responsibilities including organizing parts, clean up, basic fabrication.
• Learn about metalworking, welding, and fabrication.
• Apply skills learned to new jobs and projects.
