You will handle parts, assist with machining prep, operate basic tools, and help log production data to keep workflows smooth and on schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and basic math.
• Comfortable standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with finishing operations: handling, loading/unloading materials, and preparing products for shipping.
• Support surface prep: sanding, polishing, grinding, and buffing.
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely; assist with fabrication tasks.
• Log production data and labor hours in the production system.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with SOPs.
