Job summary

LifeNet Health is seeking an Associate Territory Manager to learn the tissue donation business and promote donated human tissue for surgical use across a designated territory. You will support surgeons, OR staff, and hospital teams under a Team Lead and grow the territory with consultative sales.

This entry-level role requires relocation for open Territory Manager opportunities and involves travel around 80%, with a clear path to leadership within LifeNet Health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong interpersonal and consultative sales abilities.
• Ability to work across hospital teams and physicians.

Responsibilities

• Prospects, targets, and develops relationships within markets in their territory.
• Plans and implements strategies to meet revenue and territory goals.
• Handles administrative duties such as audits, reconciliations, and training.
• Develops and reviews business plans with leadership quarterly.
• Serves as primary contact to end users and account teams in new and existing accounts.
