Fallstaff Search is recruiting for a privately held device company undergoing massive growth. We seek a business-to-business sales rep with at least 1 year in sales, who is eager to transition into medical sales, based in Boston and willing to travel.

This is a true hunter role, not an account management position, demanding a high level of activity. The compensation starts with a $65k base and a $140k on‑plan package in year one, with a potential $250k on‑plan in year two; many reps reach $400k+

Qualifications

• 1+ year of business-to-business sales experience
• Desire to enter medical sales
• Based in Boston, willing to travel
