Job summary

MillenniumSoft Inc. in Sparks, MD is seeking an entry-level Machine Operator for a 12-month contract on a W2 basis. The role is 1st shift, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, 40 hours per week, with a pay range of $16-$20 per hour. Open to US Citizens, GC holders, OPT/EAD/CPT eligibility.

The selected candidate will perform routine production tasks under supervision, ensuring compliance with FDA, GMP, and ISO9000 standards while maintaining accurate records and working effectively in a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of related experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English specifications.
• Effective communication and teamwork required.
• Willing to rotate tasks and work flexible hours.
• Must be punctual and report regularly.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine production tasks including filling, packaging, labeling and inspection.
• Maintain accurate records in line with FDA, GMPs and ISO9000.
• Collaborate with team to achieve goals.
• Follow SOPs and make routine decisions under supervision.
• Rotate into different tasks as needed.
