Job summary

MillenniumSoft Inc. is seeking an entry-level General Assembler in San Diego, CA to perform fabrication, assembly, testing, and packaging of medical devices. The role requires operating and maintaining equipment and adhering to SOPs and quality guidelines.

The position features a 12-month contract on a first shift (6:30am–3:00pm), 40 hours per week, with a pay range of $16–$20 per hour. Prior experience is not required, but basic math and good communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–1 year of manufacturing assembly experience.
• Clear communication in English understood by team leads.
• Ability to read and interpret English specifications; basic math.
• Ability to use measurement tools, including microscopes.
• Willingness to work flexible/extended hours.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Willing to rotate into different tasks.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, manufacture, assemble, test, and package medical devices; set up and troubleshoot equipment.
• May conduct quality inspections on processing line per quality specs.
• Follow SOPs and defined scientific methods and adhere to quality guidelines.
