Aerotek is hiring an assembler on first shift in Irvine, CA. This entry‑level role involves assembling tiny medical device components under a microscope in a cleanroom/lab setting, with full training provided. The position is contract to hire, offering a pathway to permanent employment and benefits after conversion.

Typical schedule includes 5:00 AM starts, Monday–Saturday, with 10‑hour shifts and 40–55 hours per week. Prior experience is not required and on‑the‑job training is provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assemble small medical device components following instructions and quality standards.
• Work under a microscope for extended periods using small hand tools.
• Follow cleanroom protocols, gowning and safety rules.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory guidelines.
• For R&D roles: assist with pilot builds in lab settings.
• For line roles: manage documentation, inventory and work orders in ERP systems.
